This 2023, the Foundation for Economic Freedom has released new content for Usapang Lupa. The online video series tackles property and land-related laws and policies. This year, FEF expanded its roster of content.

For 2023, Usapang Lupa has released four episodes discussing topics of estate tax amnesty extension, thumb marks as signatory alternatives, debt condonation, and strength of land claims between tax declaration and survey claimant.

Beyond these episodes, Usapang Lupa has released twelve short-form content to expand its reach for Usapang Lupa’s audience. The released short-form content shows one to two-minute snippets of highlighted clips from the released episodes.

Compared to last year, Usapang Lupa’s viewership has improved significantly. On its YouTube and Facebook platforms, Usapang Lupa’s content has remarkably increased in terms of views, followers, and likes.

For YouTube and Facebook combined, Usapang Lupa has accumulated 4.92 million organic reach. This is a 179% increase for YouTube and 63% increase for Facebook versus 2022. For views, Usapang Lupa has 950,000 total views on Facebook and YouTube, totaling 71,400 total watching hours for its platforms.

With 7,600 new subscribers on YouTube and 21,000 new followers on Facebook this year, Usapang Lupa has reached 15,200 subscribers and 42,500 followers on Facebook.

Usapang Lupa is currently being released on both YouTube and Facebook.
