Program Coordinator for the Increasing Investments in the Philippines Project
The Foundation for Economic Freedom (FEF) is a public advocacy organization that seeks to advance the causes of secure property rights, competitive markets, good governance, consumer rights and economic and political liberty. The foundation is composed of distinguished members in the fields of government, media, business, and the academe.
In line with this goal, FEF has been working on a project to increase foreign investments in key sectors in the Philippines. The project aims to identify and pursue potential avenues to improve productivity in agriculture, liberalize specific service sectors, and other potential policy reforms to meet its objective to attract more investments to the Philippines.
For this purpose, FEF is looking for a Program Coordinator who will provide administrative and technical support in undertaking this project.
Program Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Liaise and coordinate activities among stakeholders and partner organizations;
- Maintain communication with stakeholders and partner organizations by devising a platform for updates, information exchange and sharing, among others;
- Assist in the implementation of a communication strategy to reinforce the various advocacies and reform activities;
- Provide logistic support for the Project team in terms of planning and organizing of seminars, conferences, meetings, including travel, room rental, hotel, food, services, cash advances, transportation, etc.;
- Assist the Consultants in the preparation of project kits for the media, LGUs and training participants; and
- Perform other tasks and responsibilities reasonably requested by the FEF.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s/College Degree in a relevant field, Master's degree is a plus but not necessary;
- At least 4 years of work experience in a related field;
- Must be willing to work full time (Can work remotely but should be available for face-to face meetings, when safe and necessary);
- Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Power Point), web literate (including familiarity with online project collaboration tools and social media platforms); and
- Must possess good written and verbal communication skills, must be diligent and can work with minimal supervision, good creative skills will be an advantage.

Program Coordinator for the Sustainability Through Planting, Climate Resilience, Investment, Nature, and Growth Project

In line with this goal, FEF is implementing its Sustainability Through Planting, Climate Resilience, Investment, Nature, and Growth (SPRING) Project that aims to identify gaps and opportunities in existing climate change and forestry and propose policies and programs to enhance the country's reforestation and climate resilience efforts. The project emphasizes nature-based solutions, private sector engagement, and sustainable forest management to restore ecosystems while delivering social and economic benefits.
For this purpose, FEF is looking for a Program Coordinator who will provide administrative and technical support in undertaking this project. The SPRING Project will be undertaken by the FEF’s Lands Team.
